Seed Clinic is a premier, holistic, and functional medicine center based in Doha, Qatar, offering personalized wellness, lifestyle medicine, and multi-disciplinary therapies. Our engineering team was tasked with designing, engineering, and deploying an enterprise-grade digital portal and healthcare web architecture on Frappe Cloud. The system bridges client-facing care discovery (practitioners, functional medicine programs, custom services) with backend clinic operations, ensuring low latency, high aesthetic fidelity, bilingual adaptability, and seamless clinic workflow management.

Business Context & Challenges

Seed Clinic needed an elegant, trustworthy, and modern web application that reflected their philosophy of whole-person, root-cause healing. Standard out-of-the-box templates were insufficient. They required dynamic multi-disciplinary care directories showcasing specialists across Family Medicine, Functional Medicine, Nutrition, and Therapy with rich bios and dedicated appointment booking routes. Furthermore, patient acquisition on the web app needed to seamlessly bridge with clinic administration systems (Clinicea EHR & ERPNext) while hosting on Frappe Cloud with minimal loading latency for the Gulf/Qatar region.

System Architecture

The solution was built as a bespoke Frappe custom app (seed_clinic) hosted on Frappe Cloud, decoupling public front-end rendering from ERPNext desk overhead:

Automation & Deployment Hooks

Configured automated deployment hooks (after_install and after_migrate) ensuring zero-downtime database migrations and automated website settings initialization on Frappe Cloud. Integrated real-time contact and consultation triggers, structured inquiry dispatches, and WhatsApp routing for direct clinic communications.

UI/UX, Branding & Localization
